Conciliation Director's Note
The Conciliation Service of the Labour Relations Commission provides a fast and responsive mechanism to employers and workers to assist in the resolution of Industrial Disputes.The Service deals with over 1,500 separate disputes each year and has a success rate of over 80% in terms of resolving issues referred to it.
