The Union, on behalf of the claimant, alleges that she was discriminated against by the Company in terms of Section 2(a) of the Employment Equality Act, 1977 when she was placed in a stressful and uncomfortable working environment resulting from ongoing sexual harassment from a work colleague. The Company rejected the claim.
